Description: The AI conversation in legal has focused almost entirely on attorneys - how AI drafts briefs, analyzes contracts, and conducts legal research. That conversation is important. But it's missing half the firm.
This session is for the other half.
"AI In Your Corner" is a practical, no-jargon session built specifically for law firm administrators. Over 60 minutes we'll move through six core areas of firm administration - HR, finance, IT, marketing and business development, records management, and office management - with specific, ready-to-use prompt templates for each. Every example contrasts a vague prompt that produces generic output with a structured prompt that produces something you can actually use.
Learning Objectives: At the end of the session the audience will learn how to:
- The Four-part Prompt Formula
- Six Prompting Techniques with real law firm examples
- Data classification guardrails so you know what's safe to put into AI tools and what isn't
- a 30-day implementation plan to start using what you've learned immediately

CLM Approved Credits:
- CLM® Recertification Credit: 1 hour in the subject area of Operations Management (OM)
- CLM® Application Credit for Functional Specialists: 1 hour in the subject area of Operations Management toward the additional hours required of some Functional Specialists to fulfill the CLM application
